Saint Fin Barre’s Cathedral, Cork City. One of the grandest and most gothic Cathedrals I have seen. Unfortunately it was closed so we couldn’t go inside or any closer than the gate.
Funny, this looks much better in FF2 on my Macbook than it did on FF3 on my Linux box. It was too dark in FF3 but the screen isn’t dark by any means. I also noticed this with your shot of the River Lee. The buildings on the left and right are lost in shadow in Linux but I see them ok on the Macbook.
I haven’t noticed this problem with photos from anyone else, or maybe it’s just that I haven’t recognised the problem.
@Donncha – How could this be possible…
I’ve noticed it myself that my pics are brighter on the macbook, but surely everything is therefore brighter on the macbook and not just me.
Very nice, love the processing on this.
Great processing and angle! Love the colors. Very nice image!
cool processing and angle on this church … too bad you could not go in!
Why does this somehow remind me of an old victorian novel? Love the processing..and the ominous coloring and sky.

Can you check the colour space setting on your camera? When I was shooting in Adobe RGB I saw this sort of problem.
When I switched back to the default sRGB images looked fine on each platform..
Wow! Awesome. I don’t know how it’s done, but it looks great.
